Christophe Harbour welcomes Bill Lee as the new Chief Operating Officer. Bill has extensive experience managing projects in the Caribbean and has lived in the region for the last decade. Most recently, he served as the general manager of Bimini Bay Resort and Marina, Bahamas and was an integral part of the start-up of Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina in the British Virgin Islands, where he held the post of opening general manager. With Bill’s strong operational background, we know he will bring great value to the Christophe Harbour team and to the Federation.

As Bill takes the reigns of Christophe Harbour, outgoing COO LeGrand Elebash will nsure a smooth transition in leadership. Throughout his four years as Christophe Harbour COO, LeGrand has been a critical member of our organization, growing and managing our amazing team of employees from 4 to 80. He lead real estate sales of nearly $70 million and oversaw the Christophe Harbour’s launch, including completion of the first homes, the opening of the Beach House restaurant and Turtle Beach Bungalows, excavation of the marina, and the opening of The Pavilion beach club at Sandy Bank Bay. LeGrand will remain in St. Kitts and Nevis, where he is launching his own business to promote investment and development in the Federation. We wish him and his family well in all his future endeavors, and we look forward to making Bill a part of the Christophe Harbour family.
