The Christophe Harbour team is heading to Miami, FL for the 7th Global Residence & Citizenship Conference, November 21-22 located at the stunning Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The premier residence and citizenship event for private clients, the GRCC will feature a who's who of industry leaders, including international business experts, academics, and various government officials, who will speak on matters of global residence and citizenship planning. We were tickled to have the St. Patrick's Day / 300th hash of the St. Kitts Hash House Harriers take place at Chistophe Harbour on March 16. Nearly 300 people showed up to tackle the day's trail. Some great photos from the day can be found here.

The trails traverse rain forests and cane fields, hillsides and ghauts, villages and beaches across beautiful St. Kitts. Christophe Harbour Development Company and Apex Capital Partners Corporation, a Canadian-based international investment group have entered into a joint venture to develop a new residential neighbourhood within Christophe Harbour. The project is set within the existing Sandy Bank Bay community and allows for the development of 50 new, two-bedroom residential villas with an investment value of approximately USD $50 million at full build out. This agreement adds to the already positive outlook Christophe Harbour has for sales and investment in 2013 with several projects currently underway, including development and planning of the marina and marina village and Park Hyatt St Kitts.

Christophe Harbour welcomes Bill Lee as the new Chief Operating Officer. Bill has extensive experience managing projects in the Caribbean and has lived in the region for the last decade. Most recently, he served as the general manager of Bimini Bay Resort and Marina, Bahamas and was an integral part of the start-up of Scrub Island Resort, Spa & Marina in the British Virgin Islands, where he held the post of opening general manager. With Bill’s strong operational background, we know he will bring great value to the Christophe Harbour team and to the Federation.
