The overriding aesthetic is organic, stylish, and calming, and the Caribbean design incorporates inviting outdoor walkways and lush gardens, glistening pools, entertaining spaces, and cooking areas.
You can use our custom schematics or design your own home, working with your own architect your prefer, or one of our preferred architects.
Investors may design their own residences consistent with the general direction and island architecture suggested in the Christophe Harbour Design Guidelines and approved by the Design Review Board.

Our preferred luxury home builders are familiar with Christophe Harbour Design Guidelines and other local requirements for constructing homes in St. Kitts and will be able to thoroughly explain the design and construction process to you. We provide you with a carefully curated list of preferred builders for you to choose from.
NO IMPORT DUTIES ON MATERIALS
Per agreement with Christophe Harbour, the St. Kitts-Nevis Government waives all import duties on construction materials, furniture and furnishings for homes in Christophe Harbour – a significant savings. Materials will, however, be subject to a customs service charge.
