Park Hyatt Emerging at Banana Bay

By Katherine in Hotel

What an exciting time for Christophe Harbour! The marina is rapidly taking shape within the harbour, and Park Hyatt St. Kitts, Christophe Harbour's first ultra luxe hotel, is emerging at Banana Bay.

Hotel construction is in full swing and on track for completion by late December 2015. To-date, 18 of the 26 buildings are now visibly under construction.

Several top Hyatt regional executives recently visited the hotel construction site at Christophe Harbour to review the progress being made and begin planning for hotel operations, which are scheduled to commence in early 2016.

Keep up with hotel construction by visiting the photo gallery, updated bi-monthly.

Here’s the timeline: by the end of 2014, deepening of...

This summer, Dore brings her studies to the Southeast Peninsula.

“Monkeys inhabit virtually all parts of St. Kitts and Nevis,” says Dore. “What is being done on the Southeast Peninsula is essentially a pilot study, the results of which can be used to determine what should be done...
