Beach House wins Achievement of Excellence Award

November kicked off Tourism month for St. Kitts and Nevis. A celebration was held last Saturday, with an awards ceremony that honored individuals and businesses who have made a positive impact on the development of the tourism industry.

The Beach House was honored with the Achievement of Excellence Award for strong leadership, vision and direction, adequate training for employees and striving to improve customer satisfaction. Congratulations, Ericson, Threads and the entire Beach House staff for a job well done.

The Pavilion Beach Club is Open

We're thrilled to share that The Pavilion beach club at Sandy Bank Bay has officially opened. The building is stunning, the views tremendous, and the overall atmosphere one of sophisticated island living. We've enjoyed welcoming the many guests who have already taken advantage of this remarkable spot. Construction Progress - Take a Photo Tour

October 2011: BIG NEWS... The Pavilion beach club is open for business. We've enjoyed welcoming members and guests to the facility and watching them lounge by the pool and sample Chef Damien's delectable menu. In addition to The Pavilion opening, a tremendous landscaping effort within Sandy Bank Bay has transformed the neighbourhood into a tropical haven. Initial work is underway on the welcome center, including road grading and landscape design, which will provide a fitting introduction for our guests.

CSSKNSI Donates Patrol Vehicle to Police

The vehicle is a 2011 Toyota Fortuner expected to be put into official patrol rotation as part of an initiative to keep St. Kitts safe. Christophe Harbour COO LeGrand Elebash made the Transfer of Keys to Police Commissioner C.G. Walwyn. Also, on hand was Prime Minister Hon. Dr. Denzil Douglas and Mr. Bill Hughson, president of the Healthcare Group for DeVry Inc., parent company for Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. 

The CSSKNSI, representing several local organizations, was estabilished to promote unity and advocate change and progress for safety and security within the Federation.

Executive Chef Damien Heaney

Last year, Damien came onboard as Executive Chef for Christophe Harbour’s Beach House restaurant, now he is responsible for developing the menu for the Club. Chef brings more than 30 years experience to this role, boasting a career that has taken him from the British Virgin Islands, Washington DC, Colorado and now, St. Kitts. When asked what influences his menu selections he says, "I thrive when creating delicious dishes from a vast array of fresh, locally grown ingredients. The seasonal variety inspires me and creeps onto my menu".
