“I strive to make a positive impact on the community everyday.”

That’s Bobby Morris’ goal both on and off the clock. As Christophe Harbour’s Development Manager, Bobby oversees all the resort community’s major projects. One of Christophe Harbour’s longest employees, Bobby is responsible for everything from neighborhood infrastructure installation to resort building construction and existing renovation projects. He and his team provide the necessary backbone for neighborhoods and amenities to function, but also set the stage for the overall look and feel homeowners and their guests will enjoy at Christophe Harbour. That expertise is invaluable as both homeowners and builders embark on building private residences within Christophe Harbour. So much so that Bobby sits on the Design Review Board to ensure that residential projects meet established guidelines, but also to help guide the process in an effort to resolve potential challenges.

While Bobby clearly has a passion for building and design, he is also an active member of the St. Kitts community. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of St. Kitts for the past eight years and actively supports numerous community projects. He and fellow Rotarians deliver food hampers during the holidays, raise funds for autism, support health screenings, and speak to young people about professional careers. His leadership and passion for giving back to the community is so valuable that he will become Rotary President in July.

“We all have our part to play, and giving back is the one thing that positively impacts our community and our own self development,” says Bobby. “Beyond Rotary projects, I really enjoy mentoring young people to instill the core values I was taught and to set them on the path to success.” Those lessons have allowed him to have a successful career and become an important part of the Christophe Harbour team. From Sandy Bank Bay to the edge of the marina, and everywhere in between, Bobby is helping shape the future of Christophe Harbour and his community.
