Marina Early Buyer Incentives Close 19 September

By Katherine in Marina

Our marina early buyer incentives draw to a close on 19 September and with them the opportunity for a Founding Membership.

The Christophe Harbour team will be heading to the Monaco Yacht Show starting Wednesday 24 September to meet with a superyacht industry increasingly vocal about the possibilities The Marina at Christophe Harbour presents.

Following the official groundbreaking in June, work on the marina is rapidly progressing with the first 24-berth superyacht dock well on track for completion by the end of this year. The Marina will be open to vessels in early 2015.

Our early buyer incentive includes a 20 percent reduction on retail pricing and a Founding Membership at the Christophe Harbour Club for those who secure a berth before 19 September.

All owners will enjoy the new private FBO terminal - just 15 minutes from the marina, and expedited customs clearance for  both air and sea arrivals. SALT Plage, our seaside bar in Whitehouse Bay welcomes visitors by sea, or by land with a pier stretching 82 feet into the bay. An inviting spread of loungers combined with signature cocktails encourage guests to sit a while and enjoy the warmth and welcome of Christophe Harbour’s signature seaside living with soul approach.

The faultless new standard in homeports

Additional benefits include St Kitts’ citizenship by investment programme and the appeal of berths which are freehold in perpetuity, rather than leasehold. Completing the cruising triangle between Antigua and St. Maarten, Christophe Harbour is easy to reach, beautiful to explore and hard to leave.

We’ll be at the Monaco Yacht Show and we’d welcome the chance to deliver you a small taste of what The Marina at Christophe Harbour offers. Stop by stand QH31, or visit us in the Darse Sud Lounge; CEO Buddy Darby and his team are looking forward to welcoming you.
