We've been anticipating this day at Christophe Harbour and now it has finally arrived!  The new private jet terminal, officially named YU Lounge, opened this month in St. Kitts.  

The terminal is located west of the main airport parking apron at The Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport and is designed to deliver seamless and efficient VIP arrival service for both private aircraft arrivals and commercial flights. The facility also provides world-class services for private aircraft crew, including a dedicated crew lounge, along with full service arrival and departure lounges and comprehensive ground handling services.

We are super excited to see the newest luxury Caribbean villas under construction at Christophe Harbour. Five turnkey villas are underway as part of phase 1 of Ocean Grove Villas enclave, which was released in late March. The infrastructure is also underway with the utilities in place and the road paving to be completed this summer. The villas are expected to be complete in October and available for use in early November.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of American Bridge Company as lead contractor for construction of the Christophe Harbour superyacht marina on the Eastern Caribbean island of St. Kitts.

“This marina will be the heartbeat of Christophe Harbour and unlike anything that exists in the region today, so it was imperative that we find a firm who could deliver a final product that met not only our internal expectations, but also those of the yachting industry,” said Charles Darby, Christophe Harbour Director of Development. “We are very pleased to have American Bridge leading this project and look forward to a very fruitful partnership.”

The Christophe Harbour team is heading to Miami, FL for the 7th Global Residence & Citizenship Conference, November 21-22 located at the stunning Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The premier residence and citizenship event for private clients, the GRCC will feature a who's who of industry leaders, including international business experts, academics, and various government officials, who will speak on matters of global residence and citizenship planning. In addition, the Honorable Prime Minister Denzil Douglas and Cheryleann Pemberton, Director of Citizenship by Investment Unit, will be in attendance to discuss the St. Kitts Citizenship by Investment Program.
