St. Kitts Citizenship by Investment Program Gains in Popularity

In 1984, the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis established an economic citizenship program, the Citizenship by Investment Program of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, to encourage resort development, stimulate the growth of the tourist industry and attract investors.  The Citizenship by Investment Program of St. Kitts and Nevis is one of only a handful of existing programs of its kind in the world.

Meet Christophe Harbour Concierge Kathleen Brownsdon

Kathleen is Christophe Harbour’s assiduous concierge. Originally, from Dayton, Ohio Kathleen moved to Charleston where she began her career with Kiawah Partners.  She worked as a server at the Beach Club and the River Course for more than 6 years when she learned of a new project being launched in St. Kitts. Immediately, she expressed interest in becoming part of the Christophe Harbour team. After a visit to the island, Kathleen and her husband, Nat, knew St. Kitts was the right move for their family, including daughters, Ella (9) and Molly (6), cat Bono, and Black Lab Sammy.
