Christophe Harbour is taking to the road this season. From St. Kitts to Hong Kong, we'll be introducing the Caribbean's most successful new resort community and sharing our ongoing progress. Christophe Harbour will host an intimate dinner in London for some valued clients mid-November. From there we'll make our way to Hong Kong to present Christophe Harbour at the Global Residence and Citizenship Conference, sponsored by Henley & Partners. We'll be making introductions in Washington, DC and New York as well this Fall and planning several events in key North American and UK cities with some of our Founding Members. Gearing Up for the Season

As we welcome Fall, Christophe Harbour Real Estate is gearing up for a great season. This year has been tremendous for the team, and we’re happy to announce our largest single transaction to-date of $5.4 million on a double oceanfront homesite. Overall, this year we have closed more than $15 million in homesite sales, and $10 million in pending transactions are planned through December.

The response to our newest waterfront property releases at Cardinal Point and Harbourside has been tremendous. We’ve reserved more than 60% of the homesites to-date, and CHRE has several clients lined up to visit this season to make their homesite selection.

Christophe Harbour Welcomes New Safety and Security Manager

Christophe Harbour is pleased to welcome Steve Fussey. 

Specializing in crime prevention through environmental design, Steve is implementing several initiatives to enhance the existing safety and security programs at Christophe Harbour, as well as dialing inthe long-range plan. In addition to the tactical and strategic plans, Steve will also oversee the Safety and Security staff.

Steve brings more than 25 years of extensive police experience, having served in various capacities in Winnipeg, Canada. He's served on the street gang, surveillance, professional standards, and break and enter units as well as the Vice division and community Policing. New FBO Terminal Planned for St. Kitts

Christophe Harbour is pleased to share with you that the St. Christopher Air & Sea Port Authority (SCASPA) has partnered with Veling Limited to build a private jet fixed base of operations (FBO), set to be constructed on the southeast corner of St. Kitts' Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport. The estimated $20 million project will be constructed in two phases over the next 10 years. Contracts will be awarded in October this year, with construction commencing February 2011. Completion of the first phase is expected by winter 2012. The architectural design of the FBO will reflect that of the West Indian culture, while the interior will offer ultra-modern facilities and first-class services.
